Day 1 focuses on R&D and collaboration agreements across the innovation lifecycle. Day 2 covers patent licence agreements, typical deal structures, risk allocation and negotiation tactics. Each day can also be booked separately.
Expert speakers translate legal requirements into practical, deal-ready clauses using real examples and clause discussions. You will learn how to choose the right contractual framework and negotiate clear provisions on ownership and access rights, background and foreground IP, know-how, confidentiality and exploitation. The programme also addresses IP portfolio sales, know-how arrangements, and essential side documents such as NDAs and letters of intent. A short, practical overview of EU competition law guardrails for technology-related agreements is included.
